Creativity is GOLD! People pay a lot of money to get creative ideas, but we are all creative geniuses. Let me show you how!
1. 一番情熱があるものに対してクリエイティブになっている
Your most creative about your most passionate about.
誰かと付き合っている時、愛を表現するためにクリエイティブな方法を見つけます。インターネットのデートスポットを検索して、洋服もおしゃれを心がけます。もし、メッセージを人々に伝えることだとしたら、どれぐらい時間をかけても、できるだけ多くの人にメッセージを伝えようとします。特に資源が足りない場合。お金がない場合、余計クリエイティブさが発揮されます！
When your dating your finding creative ways to express love. You will search the internet for date spots write letters, start dressing well! If its reaching people with a message it doesnt matter how long it takes you will find a way to share your message with as many people as possible. Especially if you are under resourced- you seem to get very creative when your budget is next to nothing!
2. クリエイティブさと芸術的なのは同じ事ではない。芸術的な人のほとんどはクリエイティブ度は低い！
Being creative and being arty is not the same thing. Sometimes the most arty people are the least creative!
クリエティブさは色々な形やサイズであらわれます。子育て、仕事、フィットネス、お金、人間関係においてクリエイティブさは大事です。また仕事でもプロセスを改善するためにクリエイティブさが必要になります。または大きなイベントの準備でも必要です。どこにいてもクリエイティブさが拡大されると信じましょう！
Creativity can come in many shapes and sizes. You need creativity to manage children, work, fitness, money, relationships. You need creativity to come up with a better process at work. Or organize a great event. Believe for an increase in creativity wherever you are!
3. クリエティブさはコミュニケーションをはかる情熱からきます！人々に何かを受け取ってほしい、感じてほしい、聞いてほしいという思いです。すべてがコミュニケーションです！ピータードラッカー氏がいいました。「コミュニケーションは聞き手が聞くことです」。そのため、みんなと違うことをしようとするよりは、一番のクリエイティブさは、複雑なメッセージを「わかった！」とシンプルにすることだと思います。それはメッセージに合わせたビジュアルかもしれないですし、クリエティブなたとえや表現かもしれません。私の場合は、人々が共感できるエピソードを思いうかべます。クリエイティブさの目的は当たり前のことを新しい見方ができるように助ける事です。もしくは、今まで見た事がない最高のものを見せることです。
Creativity comes from a passion to communicate! Wanting people to receive something. feel something, hear something, understand something in a new way. but its all communication! Peter Drucker says “communication is what the listener hears,” so instead of trying to be out there for the sake of being different, the best creativity takes a complex message and puts in a way that makes people have a ” Oh, now I see! ” moment. It could be a great visual to go with a talk, a creative illustration or metaphore. often for me, its part of my story that people can relate to. But the purpose of creativity is to help people see the obvious in a new way. Or see something amazing they have never seen before.
4. チャレンジのオーナーシップをもつ：他の誰もやってくれないので、自分がやりかたを見つけましょう
Take ownership of challenges- you have to find a way no one else is going to do it for you.
5. 「みんな」あなたよりも賢いことを理解しましょう！全員ではないかもしれませんが、一人一人あわせたら、確実にあなたよりは賢いです。そのため、私はチームが好きです。
Understand “Everyone” is smarter than you! Maybe not every person individually, but but definately everyone together. thats why I love the team.
6. 「はい」といいましょう。芝居の学校では、先生がどのようにクリエイティブなロールプレイを行うために、一つのグループは驚異的なことを発言し、もう一つのグループは「ノー」といったり、否定することができないようにします。彼らはその発言にのって、「はい」といわなければいけません。そのあと自分たちも驚異的な発言をつけくわえます。ポイントは、クリエイティブさを発揮できる空間が与えられたら成長します。自分が考えたものすべてが採用されるわけではないですが、皮をあつくして、もっとクリエティブなものを提供していきましょう！！
Say yes. In acting school when teachers are teaching students how to do creative role plays they are told to say outrageous things and the other people in group are not allowed to say no, or refuse the statement- they have to play along saying ” YES” then adding their own outrageous statement. The point is, when creativity is allowed to have space it grows. That doesn’t mean everything you think of will be used- so have thick skin and keep on coming up with more creative things!!

私はよくリビングループにあるテーブルの端に座って、大きなホワイトボードの前に座って、ペンで色いろかきはじめます。多くのものをかくほど、明確になってきます。色々書くうちに、貴重なものがでてきて、インスピレーションをうけます。最高のアイディアがでてきます！
I will often sit on the edge of a table in my living room where I have a really really big white board with a pen in hand and will start writing things. the more I write the more things become clear. usually in all my writing I stumble across some gold that is inspired! thats the money idea!
